focus can signify many things in business. knowing your audience. staying on subject. spending wisely. conserving time for what’s most important. niche marketing as opposed to carpet bombing. researching instead of guessing or assuming status quo. the list goes on and on. leaders in organizations of all sizes — focus is the asset or defecit that makes or break your success. it can come in the form of a simple, repeated action. it can also come in a series of seemingly unrelated, complex actions that are but myriad faces of a singular, coordinated movement.
