are you attempting to solve problems with a product that is less than efficient at the job it was designed and engineered to address? are you answering questions with information that doesn’t resolve the confused/concerned look on peoples’ faces? product development, or ongoing education for service providers, is a must for those looking to lead more successful businesses. talk is cheap. action is king. where you better solve a consumer problem, your solution is likely something that can be protected as the only one like it that can be offered. that is unique, valuable and powerful. what better competitive advantage is there? one of my favorite commercials in recent years outlines the specific advancements made by the dyson ball vacuum. whether i prioritize housecleaning specifically or not, i absolutely have a ton of respect for companies who dig in and do what it takes to offer a helpful, more responsible product. far too many release flawed goods and services without remorse.
